Chef Tommy Fitzgerald and chefs from Kitchen Sage make white hot chocolate.
GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) -- Chef Tommy Fitzgerald of Café Stella and some of the chefs from Kitchen Sage stopped by to make a warm and delicious beverage: White Hot Chocolate.
White Hot Chocolate:
- 1/2 gallon whole milk
- 1 quart Half and Half
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 4 oz. vanilla
- 1 bag white chocolate chips
Heat all ingredients together on stove top.
