(WZZM) - Containers add a lot to your landscape and Greenthumb Rick Vuyst even likes to keep them out all winter long.
Rick says if you do, he recommends partially sinking them into the ground, especially if you already have a pot that's cracked. You can also bring the pots inside in the winter. If you do so, take out some of the soil and make sure the drainage hole is open on the bottom of the pot.
