1/2# Bacon, cut in small pieces
1 medium Onion, peeled and chopped
2 cloves of Garlic, minced
1 ½ # Brussels Sprouts, cleaned & cut in half
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook Bacon & Onion in a good size skillet until bacon is almost crispy. Add the Garlic, and sauté, careful not to burn it.
Add the Brussels Sprouts and continue to cook over medium heat until they are al dente. Season with Salt & Pepper and serve. Very good!
