Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Two men have pleaded guilty to the 2011
beating of San Francisco Giants fan Bryan Stow outside Dodger Stadium.
Marvin Norwood and Louie Sanchez admitted guilt in the March 31, 2011 incident
that left Stow disabled.
Norwood and Sanchez faced charges of assault and battery, mayhem and
inflicting great bodily injury. A judge sentenced Norwood to four years in
prison, while Sanchez was sentenced to eight years.
Stow, now 44 years old from northern California, was critically injured in the
brutal attack after the 2011 season-opener between the Giants and Los Angeles
Dodgers. He sustained brain damage and is permanently disabled.
