In pursuit of the Sod Web Worm
(WZZM) - Do you have Sod Web Worm? Well, if you have some webbing in your grass, you may have it.
Birds pecking in your lawn or moths flying above the surface at dusk are two other signs you may have Sod Web Worm.
To get a true test, Greenthumb Rick Vuyst recommends filling up a bucket with dish soap and water, then dumping it on the area of concern. This will bring Sod Web Worms to the surface if they're there. If they do, there are several different types of control you can use to address the problem.
