ORANGE FLUFF

1- 6oz package Orange Jello

1-3oz package Tapioca Pudding (Cook & Serve, not Instant))

1-3oz package Vanilla Pudding (Cook & Serve, not Instant)

3 cups Water

Combine the above ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool until partially set, 1-2 hours.

I cup Mandarin Oranges, with juice

1-8oz. carton Cool Whip

Fold oranges and juice and Cool Whip into the cooled Jello mixture and stir until well combined. Jello should look smooth. Pour into a pretty clear glass bowl if you have one and refrigerate until set. Reserve a little bit of the Cool Whip and a few oranges to put in the middle of the Jello for garnish.

This is a great Jello salad/dessert, whichever you choose to use it for.

Make certain you give it plenty of time to set up; can be made the day before but should be covered in the fridge once it is set.
