GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WZZM) - In honor of St. Patrick's Day, LaughFest is going Irish.

Tonight, the Irish Comedy Showcase will take place in Grand Rapids for the 10-day festival. The show will feature several local comedians who will dedicate their performance to St. Patrick's Day.

"Everybody is going to be Irish today, so we're just going to have fun with it. We'll talk about green and shamrocks and drinking and just everything else Irish that goes along with the holiday so it will be great, " says comedian Stu McCallister, of Dr. Grins Comedy Club.

The Irish Comedy Showcase will feature Irish food, music, dancing and Irish comedy.

The event is taking place tonight, March 17th at 8pm at the Tent on the third floor of The BOB. The event is free.
