(WZZM) - Losing weight isn't easy, but it is especially hard if you suffer from chronic pain.

There's a technique that may help you manage your pain while working towards your fitness goals.

It's called MELT and a seminar to teach you how to do it is offered in Grand Rapids.

Kari de St. Germain, owner of Rockford Health Alternatives and a certified MELT instructor explains the theory behind MELT and why it can help people with chronic pain.
