GRAND HAVEN, Mich. (WZZM) - This week on Beach Bound, Alana and Sarah head to Rosy Mound Natural Area to face the stairs.
Dr. Sherman had the two run up and down the stairs, sprint up, jog down. Do this four times. Go to the next set of stairs and repeat. Work your way to the beach running up and down every set of stairs you come across. Run a circuit of the board walk, then skip on the beach. Repeat this two times.
Finish your work out with weights doing a set of shoulder and tricep presses. 15 reps for each muscle group.
