Getting Started - The Road to Fitness is about helping overcome the sedentary lifestyle and getting started in a fitness program. Big results start with just a little bit of work. It's really just about taking the first step and working up from there. I'm going to share a few stories of people who have really made big changes in their lives through their transition to physical fitness programs.

Ordinary People Can Do Amazing Things on Saturday is really to share the story of how a guy who grew up as a non-athlete actually went on to set a world record, and how YOU CAN TOO! We spend a lot of our lives as fans of the "Superman," guys like Michael Phelps, Justin Verlander, Michael Jordan, etc. We forget that we too, can be pretty amazing in our own right.
