Green Goblin
appetizer, serves 4 people

2 cups green peas (blanched if fresh, thawed if frozen)
¼ cup fresh mint, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili paste
1 ounce sesame oil
1 lime

In the bowl of a food processor add peas, mint, garlic, chili paste and pulse until coarsely chopped. Stir in sesame oil and fresh squeezed lime. Season with salt and pepper and serve with grilled naan, sesame seeds, almonds, chimichurri and aioli.

For garnish,
2 naan
Sesame seeds
Toasted Almonds

Chimichurri:
¼ cup fresh cilantro
¼ cup fresh basil
¼ cup fresh Italian parsley
¼ cup mint
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lime
1 lemon

Combine herbs and garlic in food processor bowl and pulse until chopped. With machine running, slowly add oil, and then squeeze lime and lemon into sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Red Curry Aioli:
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon red curry paste
1 tablespoon chili paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Mix all together in a bowl.
