Take Five Double Tomato Bruschetta - 5/14/2013

6 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, minced
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
5-6 basil leaves, stems removed, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and stir to combine.
Serve on toasted baguette, over grilled chicken or salmon or toss into pasta.
