(WZZM) - We often hear stories about everyday heroes, those who took the extra step to help someone in need.
This week, we introduce you to someone who is a hero in our health community.
Betty Vreeman is the consumer advocate for my the My Choice Waver Quality Council. She was nominated as the everyday hero for Alliance for Health's West Michigan Health Heroes.
