WALKER, Mich. (WZZM) - This is the last weekend for Sarah and Alana's Beach Bound challenge, and just like any good work out should end; this week is about stretching. 

Dr. Sherman says try stretching with movement, like lunges with twisting instead of static stretches.  He says it helps lower the heart rate without suddenly having it come to a halt.

Hopefully our challenge has helped you stay beach bound all summer long.
