Huizenga elected to another Congressional term

Congressman Bill Huizenga was elected to another term Tuesday.

(WZZM)-- Republican Incumbent Bill Huizenga will continue to represent the 2nd Congressional District.

With 56 percent of precincts reporting,  Huizenga held 69 percent of the vote.  Democrat Willie German had took 27 percent of the vote, followed by Libertarian Mary Buzuma with 3 percent of the vote.  Ronald Graeser of the U.S. Taxpayers Party and William Opalicky of the Green Party both took one percent of total votes. 

The 2nd District includes communities as far north as Ludington to as far south as Jamestown.
