GRAND RAPIDS - (WZZM) Cornerstone University's vice president made an appearance on Good Morning America on Sunday. Reverend Ed Dobson talked about his past year trying to eat, pray, talk, and even vote as Jesus would.

Dobson said the year was a strenuous one, but a great experience. He read all the gospels 30 times, and talked about Jesus to people in bars. Dobson also voted Democrat for the first time in his life because he felt Barack Obama was closest to Jesus' teachings.

Reverend Dobson is the former pastor of Calvary Church in Grand Rapids. In 2001 he was diagnosed in 2001 with ALS, better known as Lou Gehrig's disease. Several years later he retired from Calvary. He currently is Vice-President of Cornerstone University and regularly makes guest teaching appearances at Mars Hill Church in Grandville.
