Beer Battered Whitefish

Simple recipe with your favorite beer (I use bud light) and Drakes crispy fry mix

Small batch of beer batter - blend until smooth
¾ cup cold beer
1 cup dry mix

For BEST results use fresh thawed fish

1. Remove excess moisture from fish by patting dry in paper towel or by rolling in dry Drakes mix
2. Dip into liquid Drakes Batter
3. Deep fry at 375 degrees for approximately 3 minutes or until golden brown
4. Drain well
5. Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges
