KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WZZM) -- Two men are facing charges connected to the 2010 shooting death of a Kalamazoo man.
Joseph Salib was found shot to death in the front yard of his home on Beacon Street in Kalamazoo on October 3, 2010.
Police Friday announced the arrest of Randy "Pookey" Smith, 45. Smith is now formally charged with felony muder, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery. He is being held in the Kalamazoo County Jail without bond.
Ricky Lee Dixon, 51, is facing a perjury charge in connection with the case. His bond was set at $5,000.
