CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZZM) -- A Delta Airlines jet has made an unscheduled landing in Grand Rapids after an in-flight mechanical problem.

Delta flight 1392 from Salt Lake City to Boston diverted to Gerald R. Ford International Airport after suffering a pressurization problem, says airport spokesman Phil Johnson.

The Airbus A320 landed safely at 10:15 p.m. Thursday and taxied to a gate at the terminal.  Johnson says none of the 153 people on the flight was injured.

Delta already has another A320 at the airport, and will transfer the Boston-bound passengers to that plane to complete their journey.

Johnson expects the original Airbus to be repaired for flights tomorrow.
