The Grand Rapids Children's Museum takes step year-round to fight the spread of germs.
GRAND RAPIDS, (WZZM) -- If you're staying in Grand Rapids this spring break, there are fun things to do right here in our own city even for some younger aged kids.
The Grand Rapids Children's Museum will be having fun events planned all week. Everything from storytime, performances, and parachute play. The events run from March 29th through April 7th.
The spring break performance schedule includes:
-Storytime, music and movement with Jessica and Rachael the Squirrel, Friday March 29th at 10:00 and 11:00
-Parachute Play with the GRCM Staff, Monday April 1st at 11:00, 11:30, and 12:00.
-Performance by Kevin Kammerraad, Tuesday April 2nd at 11:00, 1:00, and 3:00.
-Music from Susan Picking, Wednesday April 3rd at 11:00.
-Stormy the Magician, Wednesday April 3rd at 1:00 and 2:30.
-Groove Dance Party with Heather Winia, Thursday April 4th at 2:00 and 6:00.
-Drumming and dancing with WaZoBia, Friday April 5th at 11:00 and 2:00.
-Performance by The Porters, Saturday April 6th at 1:00 and 2:30.
GRCM will be open Monday-Wednesday and Friday and Saturday from 9:30-5:00, Thursday from 9:30-8:00, and Sunday April 7th noon-5:00. The museum will be closed on Sunday March 31st.
Admission includes museum entrance and program or performance participation. Regular admission is $7.50 per person, Family Night is $1.50 and Pals Members and children under 1 are free.
