A nearly "stuffed" bus

ADA, Mich. (WZZM) - Amway's Spaulding facility welcomed a rare visit from six school superintendents Monday during the culmination of the "Stuff the Bus" campaign.

Around 10:15 a.m., superintendents from Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Wyoming, Godfrey Lee, Jenison and Hudsonville school districts picked up more than 3,000 backpacks stuffed with community donations. Organizers from Hand2Hand Ministries and the Student Advancement Foundation helped pack up the backpacks, which contain school supplies and personal hygiene products that will go to middle school students in need.  Employees of Fifth Third Bank and Amway also helped pack up the donations Monday.

This is the fourth year for West Michigan's Stuff the Bus campaign.
