Grand Rapids, Mich. (WZZM) Right to Life Michigan has filed a federal lawsuit against the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare.

The organization says it doesn't want to be required to provide birth control that it considers similar to abortion. The group objects to  the morning after pill, the week after pill, and 'inter-uterine devices, or I-U-D.

"Right to Life Michigan' says Obamacare forces the organization to do something that goes against the groups entire goal. "We are uniquely positioned because our whole existence as a non-profit is to oppose the destruction of human life in the earliest stages," says Right to Life of Michigan's Legislative Director, Ed Rivet.

The organization has 33 full time employees.
