MUSKEGON, Mich. (WZZM) - One man has been arrested, but the alleged shooter in a weekend murder is still on the loose in Muskegon County.
Alexander Bumstead, 23, was arraigned Monday, December 23 on charges of involuntary manslaughter, in the death of Gary Ogreen, who was killed in the early morning hours of Saturday, December 21.
The Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office reports that they are still seeking the gunman in the case, who is believed to be Deontay Demarco Black-Wickliffe. Bumstead was not armed and was not the gunman in the shooting, but was involved in a way that resulted in the shooting. Specifics were not available.
Police believe the shooting resulted from a group of people showing up at a party in Fruitland Township uninvited. Click here for that story: http://muskegon.wzzm13.com/news/news/192333-man-wanted-deadly-muskegon-co-party-shooting
