LAS VEGAS, NV. (WZZM) -- There are many innovative start-up companies showing off their latest products at the 2014 International Consumer Electronic Show.
WZZM 13's Steve Zaagman found a Made In Michigan company looking to make a splash with gamers.
Tim Murphy is the creator of HipShotDot, a device that createS a red laser dot on your television when playing shooting games like Call of Duty, Battlefield, and Halo.
Murphy says HipShotDot doesn't take the challenge out of the game, "If you stink, you will stink less; if you are really good, you will discover new ways to play. It gives you a heads up where you bullets are going."
Murphy says he had a lot of support in West Michigan which allowed him to feature HipShotDot at CES 2014, including help from Start Garden, Kendall College, and local vendors.
