GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) -- Residents will have to request a tax return from the city if they wish to complete it by hand.
The city printed more than 38,000 forms last year, but only 2,000 of them were returned. This year, the city has printed just 5,000 forms.
The tax administrator says 70 percent of the city's individual income tax returns are filed on paper each year, but most of those forms are printed from software programs.
Residents who want to be mailed a paper form can call (616) 456-3415 or contact the city by e-mail.
